be a financial member of a SLS club
be proficient in the following SLSA award - Advanced Resuscitation Techniques AID (or HLTAID015)
Hold the following units of competency - Provide first aid HLTAID011
Theory to be completed online prior to attendance through SLSA member portal - https://members.sls.com.au/members
