YOUTH TALKS AND WORKSHOPS

Special Event!
Guest Speaker: Gerard Majda – Founder of Body Majic
A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our youth workshop with Gerard Majda from Body Majic – what an awesome night!
Gerard brought the energy, the honesty, and plenty of laughs as he took us through a fun, fully interactive session. From movement challenges to mindset resets, everyone jumped in and gave it a crack!
We walked away with some seriously valuable tips, including:
✨ How small, consistent habits lead to big results
✨ Fueling your body without overcomplicating things
✨ Building routines that support sport, study, and life
✨ Focusing on progress, not perfection
✨ Simple switches that make healthy eating easier (and tastier!)
As promised, Youth and Surf Sports Members can find the recipe links from Gerard’s session on the Stack Team App "News" Page – easy, budget-friendly and athlete-approved.
Thank you again to Gerard for inspiring our youth athletes, and to everyone who showed up, participated, and brought great vibes. 🙌
Stay tuned for more youth events coming soon!
