With deep roots in the Peel region, our club has a rich history marked by countless volunteer hours. Our members have consistently exemplified the essence of volunteerism and community engagement. This commitment has earned us a significant status and a strong reputation within the community.
Our Club is a part of a greater movement; Surf Life Saving Australia, boasting 190,000 members across 314 affiliated clubs, is the world's largest volunteer movement of its kind. This not-for-profit cause has rescued over 715,000 lives since its inception in 1907
Mandurah Surf Life Saving Club is proud of its history and status in the Peel region. Our members have provided many volunteer hours over many years, and we strongly promote the ethos of volunteerism and community spirit.

Woodside Nippers is Surf Lifesaving for 5-12yo where the beach is the classroom!
Nippers will explore wave types, rip currents, sea creatures and learn all about beach and surf safety.
Try Surf Sports for added fitness & competition opportunities in a fun and supportive environment.

Volunteer
Our club of active members are stellar community participants, taking part and contributing their time and skills to grow our club.
We have a pool of gracious volunteers who are always looking for a hand with their roles or just some help here and there.
Our volunteer opportunities are designed to be flexible and offer activities for all schedules, ages and abilities, from manning the BBQ and handing out sunscreen, to Committee positions, Age Group Managing and Coordinating Events, there are endless chances to get involved and help out.

Youth Pathways
The Surf Lifesaving Youth Program is for Youth aged 13+
The aim of the Youth Program is to engage, enthuse, and educate all youth members, regardless of their ability in any surf sport discipline and to provide opportunities for them to learn and develop new skills to become not only better surf lifesavers, but also contributors to their local communities.
The Youth Program is a great way to make new friends, be part of a community for life and have fun!
Training and Education
The Mandurah Surf Life Saving Club Trainers are a passionate and supportive crew that strive to have all of our members find opportunity within the club and community to contribute using carefully honed skills.
The courses on offer fit a range of ages and abilities and we encourage all of our members and community to find out how they can up-skill with Life Saving knowledge!
From First Aid and Water Rescue, to Sports Education and Mentorship, there are a wide range of training courses and experiences to take part in.
