Vacancy: Bookkeeper - Mandurah Surf Life Saving Club
Location: Mandurah, WA (work from home)
Hours: 2-4 hours per week paid
Report: The Director of Finance
Requirement: Must have an ABN and proven bookkeeping history
The Mandurah Surf Life Saving Club is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. This is a paid role offering flexible hours and the opportunity to support a vital community organisation dedicated to beach safety and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and set up payments in the bank
Reconcile accounts
Assist Director of Finance with historical tidy up
Requirements:
Must have own computer
Proven bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Must possess an active ABN
