Introduce your kids to the great Australian weekend tradition that is Surf Life Saving with Woodside Nippers!
Suitable for kids aged 5 – 12 years (Woodside Nippers age groups U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13), there’s no better way to build their confidence in and around the water as they learn vital surf skills and awareness, how to navigate the surf, care for the beaches, first aid, as well as introduction and development of surf sports.
Woodside Nippers is a KidsSport approved club, operating under Surf Lifesaving Australia. We are all about building kid's confidence and getting them active in an inclusive and safe environment.

SKILLS ENHANCEMENT
Exciting News for our Youth Life Savers!
We had an incredible time teaming up with Secret Harbour Surf Life Saving Club, Port Bouvard Surf Life Saving Club, and Marine Rescue for a thrilling joint training exercise!
Four of our club’s youth members seized the opportunity to dive into the Advanced Lifesaving Course & Survival at sea induction. This action-packed day took our members over the causeway to HMAS Stirling, the naval base in Rockingham.

Do you want to be a helper?
We have a range of activities that need extra hands this Come and Try Day.
From carrying gear to helping at the sign-in table, or helping coordinate activities for our eager young Nippers and cooking up a storm at the BBQ, every bit of assistance helps.
The more help we have the lighter the load and better the Woodside Nipper Experience for everyone!
We will provide the assist with any necessary training and there are already helpers in the group so you won’t be alone.
There really is something for everyone, we just need more hands!
